Prep time: 5 minutes
1. Four x mashed (very ripe) bananas
2. Two cups rolled oats
3. Optional – 1tsp maple syrup (for the extra sweet tooth)
Preparation
1. Grease with butter a muffin tray
2. Cook @ 180C for 20 minutes
